Once your design and quote are confirmed, a retainer is required to secure your date.
As availability is limited, bookings are confirmed on a first-come basis.
To secure your booking, payment must be completed within 24 hours of your invoice being issued.
- Single tier cakes
Full payment is required to confirm your order and secure your date. - Two tiers and above
A 60% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 40% balance is due 4 weeks prior to your delivery date.
Orders placed within 6 weeks of the event date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Please note:
- Your date is only secured once payment has been received
- Unpaid invoices will result in your date being released
- Any design changes after confirmation may incur additional costs
As we take on a limited number of commissions each week, early booking is recommended.
